At CAPGOWN, we want you to look your best for your milestone achievement; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unaltered academic regalia. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original garment bags and accessories are included.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
